About

My path has been shaped by a lifelong inquiry into meaning, wholeness, and the invisible threads that shape our lives.  Over many years, Eastern philosophy and embodied practices have offered me a language for understanding both personal experience and collective patterns.

Drawing from yogic philosophy, archetypal wisdom, and Family Constellations, I support individuals and groups in meeting moments of transition with clarity and compassion. This approach invites a deeper listening—one that helps reveal hidden dynamics, restore inner alignment, and open space for conscious choice.

These transformative sessions are offered in the United States and internationally, welcoming those who feel called to understand themselves more fully and move forward with greater coherence and purpose.

Archetypes

This work is deeply influenced by the psychology of Carl Jung, whose exploration of the collective and personal unconscious opened an entirely new dimension of understanding —both intimate and universal—through the living language of archetypes. Jung’s work reveals how inner patterns shape life experience, relationships, and the unfolding of meaning over time.

Building on this foundation, the study of archetypes and intuitive healing has been further informed by the work of Caroline Myss and Dr. C. Norman Shealy. Within this perspective, each person is understood to move through life guided by an inner blueprint—often described as a sacred contract—shaping purpose, relationships, and the lessons that support growth and transformation.

Family Constellations

Family Constellations offer a systemic lens for understanding how individual experience is shaped by family, ancestral, and collective dynamics. This approach makes visible the hidden patterns that move through relationships and generations, creating a grounded foundation for healing that honors both personal experience and the larger field to which each person belongs.

This work has been informed by over two decades of study and participation in systemic constellations, including formal training and certification with leading teachers such as Harald Homberger, Maye Arredondo, Jane Peterson, Hella Neumann, and Judith Hemming. Through this modality, collective and individual dimensions are woven together to support clarity, movement, and integration within relational systems.

Early Childhood & Waldorf Education

I studied the philosophy and pedagogy guiding Waldorf education at Rudolf Steiner College, and had the good fortune of being mentored by Helle Heckmann. I also received my certification in Resources for Infant Educarers, RIE®. In addition to my hands-on experiencing starting and running Kindergartens in Mexico, I have attended international congresses for early childhood in Dornach, Switzerland and Yarna, Sweden.
